Marc Waeterschoot, CEO Cryo-Save Group: “Since the very beginning, it was clear that the kind of services offered by Cryo-Save should not be limited to one particular country. Whilst each market has its own characteristics, we have been able to achieve unmatched economies of scale by virtue of the quality of our services, standardised working methods and scientifically validated processes. We have been able to convince many decision makers in Europe, the Middle East and elsewhere about the importance of our services. Our broad geographic reach is the result of working closely with the partners in the different countries in which we operate. This has turned Cryo-Save into a truly multinational provider of cord banking services.”
As a result of the significant international growth in the cord banking business, and growing recognition of the Cryo-Save brand, the name of the Group’s holding company Life-Sciences Group, has been changed into Cryo-Save Group AG.
